Discover our charming holiday home in Seewis in the Oberland, canton of Graubünden, which is ideal for hikers, mountain bikers, nature lovers and anyone longing for a break in the tranquillity of the mountains. This simple but welcoming retreat for up to 8 people offers a beautiful garden in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle, above Ilanz. With three bedrooms, all of which can be darkened, and two bathrooms, it is the perfect retreat for families or groups.

Inside the holiday home, guests will find functional furnishings to make their stay pleasant and comfortable. There is a washing machine for communal use in the building, as well as a 3-ring hob, coffee machine and kettle in the kitchen. The living room with a TV and a soapstone stove invites you to relax after a day in the great outdoors.

The private garden is undoubtedly one of the highlights of this holiday home. It is available for exclusive use and is equipped with a cosy seating area under fruit trees, which also invites you to relax in the evening. A gas barbecue completes the offer and makes it easy to enjoy meals outdoors while taking in the tranquillity of the surroundings.

The location in Seewis promises not only relaxation in idyllic natural surroundings, but also a wide range of sporting activities. Within 2,000 metres you can reach the nearest village centre and grocery store, while the immediate surroundings offer opportunities for mountaineering, ice skating, golfing, hunting, canoeing, climbing, mountain biking, cycling, horse riding, skiing (alpine and cross-country), visits to the sports centre and tennis.
