Open, free parking place in front of the house. 5 walking minutes to the next bus- and ski bus stop. The ski bus leaves every ½ hour to the gondola base station of the mountain railway Scuol-Ftan-Sent. The apartment is located directly at the ski slope – valley run Sent.

Sunny living room with exit on southern balcony. Magnificent panorama view on the fascinating mountain world of the Unterengadin, on the forested hillsides and free view on the village of Sent.
Living room is equipped with Sat/TV, radio and internet.
Completely equipped kitchen, integrated in the living room. Equipped with dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, fondue- and raclette set, coffee machine etc.

The apartment offers 2 sleeping rooms with double bed. Child´s bed with bed linen and child´s seat are available upon request.
Shower/toilet with sink. Kitchen linen as well as bed linen is available free.
Washing machine and tumbler as well as drying room for shared use. Ski- and storage room for bike, ski- and sledge etc. is available.
