Bright and modern flat, centrally located and easily accessible. Ideal for friends and families, even large ones with grandparents in tow.
The flat is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house. It is accessed directly, without stairs. Favourable exposure and a fine view of the surrounding mountains.
There is a convenient covered car park (no. 8), a communal enclosed area for storing bicycles, buggies, skis and sledges, as well as a small yard for communal use.

From the flat, you can set off directly, on foot or by bicycle, for pleasant hikes on the region's many trails. The Scuol-Motta Naluns ski resort and the Scuol spa/SPA can be reached in less than ten minutes by car or by public transport (free of charge).
In winter, Sent offers a small ski lift for children and an outdoor skating rink, while in summer, a playground, an artificial football pitch and a beach volleyball court keep young and old entertained.
