The 26 m² 1-room flat offers the ideal retreat for 1-2 people on the 2nd floor, complete with a south-facing balcony from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Piz da la Margna and the Furtschellas cable car.
In the flat you will find a cosy living-bedroom, which is furnished with a sofa bed, an armchair, a table, chairs, a TV, radio and wireless LAN.
