Immerse yourself in the unforgettable holiday experience of our sunny and bright 3-room holiday flat, which offers 70 m² of space on the 1st floor for 2 to 5 people. Experience incomparable moments with a view of the picturesque backdrop of Lake Silvaplana, the local mountain Corvatsch and the majestic Piz La Margna, while you feel completely at ease in your temporary home.
Inside, the flat impresses with its loving and functional furnishings. The cosy living room has an inviting corner bench and seating area, the master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and practical built-in wardrobes, while the other bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed. All rooms impress with their elegant parquet flooring. The flat also has a newly installed, well-equipped kitchen with a small balcony, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery and pans. A fondue set and a raclette oven are available for cold days.
Outside the flat, the large south-east-facing terrace invites you to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view. Comfort and convenience are ensured in the apartment building with garage parking spaces, a laundry room including washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a ski room for your equipment.
The surrounding area offers something for everyone: from the direct connection to the cross-country ski trail in winter to the cycle path next to the accommodation in summer. The local playground, the ice rink in winter as well as shopping facilities, the ski school and the tourist information centre are just a short walk away.
