The interior has a cosy living room with a corner bench, seating area and elegant parquet flooring that invites you to linger. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobes, while the other has two single beds and a small balcony offering spectacular views of the lively Lake Silvaplana and the local mountain, Corvatsch. The flat also has a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials: Fridge with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher as well as plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery and pans - and a fondue set and raclette oven are available for those cold days.

Outside the holiday residence, guests have access to garage parking and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a ski room where all ski equipment can be safely stored.

The surrounding Engadine landscape is a veritable playground for outdoor enthusiasts of all kinds. The village centre with shops, bakery and restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away. The Furtschellas cable car for skiers and the bus stop for excursions into the surrounding area are both within easy walking distance. Hiking trails, mountain bike trails, the cross-country ski trail directly in front of Chesa Fortuna and a cycle path in summer offer activities for all ages and interests. Family-friendly facilities such as a playground and an ice rink in winter provide additional entertainment alongside the numerous sports and leisure options such as skiing, golf, canoeing and much more.
