The 4.5 room duplex flat on the 4th floor fulfils your wishes for a holiday stay in a stylishly furnished holiday flat with spacious and bright rooms. The open fire creates a stylish ambience. The spacious courtyard provides plenty of room to move around and opens onto the open field - so that you can enjoy spending time outside.

There is free WLAN Internet access in the flat. Two bedrooms with double beds and 1 pull-out sofa for 2 people and large wardrobes with plenty of storage space. Well-equipped kitchen (fridge with large freezer compartment), oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Two bathrooms with shower, bathtub, WC and washbasin. Entire flat with wooden floor (individually adjustable underfloor heating), carpeted living room. Use of the 2 underground parking spaces and outdoor parking spaces are included in the rent.

The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz are a particularly impressive way to experience the expanse of the inspiring high valley. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.

In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sledge down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

Writers such as Nietzsche, artists such as Beuys and musicians such as David Bowie were inspired by the fantastic expanse and this magical light and contributed to the fact that Sils is now considered THE cultural centre in the Engadin. Guests from all over the world and the locals proudly and with good reason refer to Sils as a place of energy and power. Idyllically nestled between Lake Sils and Lake Silvaplana, the village lies at the gateway to the romantic Fex Valley and is the perfect starting point for walks in the vastness of this sun-drenched landscape. In winter, the Fex Valley is best explored by horse-drawn sleigh, while those who want to go higher up will find a variety of hiking and mountain tours on the local mountain, Furtschellas. Sils is also the perfect starting point for winter hikes and cross-country skiing tours through the expanse of frozen lakes, which nestle snugly against the local mountain of Furtschellas. From here, you can quickly get even higher up - to Corvatsch with the highest mountain station in the Eastern Alps (3303 metres above sea level). And from there, 120 pretty sporty kilometres of pistes lead back down into the valley.
