Welcome to our sunny and bright 3-room holiday flat, which is perfect for 2 - 4 people. With 70 m^2 of living space on the 2nd floor, this flat offers a breathtaking south-facing balcony view of Piz La Margna and the Furtschellas cable car. Make yourself comfortable in this oasis of peace and experience an unforgettable holiday.

Inside you will find a cosy living room with a comfortable corner bench and a seating area. The sleeping arrangements include a bedroom with a double bed and fitted wardrobes and another bedroom with two single beds. All rooms are characterised by beautiful parquet flooring. The kitchen is well equipped, including a small balcony with a view of the lively Lake Silvaplana and the local Corvatsch mountains. Here you will find a fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, a dishwasher and everything you need for the culinary part of your stay.

The outdoor area in the apartment building offers garage parking, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a ski room to safely store your ski equipment. The south-facing balcony and the kitchen balcony invite you to enjoy the breathtaking view and the fresh mountain air.
