We rent a very nice and spacious 2.5 flat in a central location in the village of Sils Seglias. The flat has 65 m2 and is on the 1st floor. It is only a few minutes walk to the centre of Sils. The supermarket is in the same neighbourhood. The flat is modernly furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is spacious and has direct access to the balcony. The living room faces west and has a balcony. There is 1 double sofa bed of size 160x200 for 2 persons.
The bathroom was newly renovated in 2022 and has a shower, WC, washbasin and daylight. The furnishings are very well maintained. Free internet access. 1 reserved garage space (number 90) is included in the rent. The height of the garage is 230 cm, width 220 cm. The accommodation is non-smoking.

In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sledge down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

Sils is also a perfect starting point for winter hikes and cross-country skiing tours through the expanse of frozen lakes, which nestles snugly against the local mountain, Furtschellas. From here, you can quickly get even higher up - to Corvatsch with the highest mountain station in the Eastern Alps (3303 metres above sea level). And from there, 120 pretty sporty kilometres of pistes lead back down into the valley.
