This accommodation is a charming little house, idyllically situated in the countryside and offers a perfect break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The private seating area with barbecue and fire basket invites you to spend cosy evenings outdoors. The house is lovingly furnished with all the necessary amenities and exudes a cosy atmosphere that immediately welcomes guests. For couples, business people or their employees looking for peace and relaxation, this house is the perfect retreat.
It is a simple, small house, cosy without any great luxury. If you expect a luxury flat for the price, you've come to the wrong place. It is exactly like the photos: a tin house. As in the photos, the kitchen is functional without a dishwasher and electric cooker, which is why the price per person and night is very moderate. The guests, who are looking for just such a cosy retreat, are delighted. Laundry facilities are available on request in the neighbouring house. The Wi-Fi works excellently, it has a TV with Smart TV and Zatoo TV and it has an equipped workstation with 2 screens if you want to finish a project in peace and quiet or need to work in between (docking with USB C). It can be reached from the car park via a gravel path in about 1min walking distance.
By booking you agree to the following conditions: Pets and excessive parties are not allowed! The target group are families and we reserve the right to refuse bookings only from young people or adult groups without children or to request a deposit. If you are an adult group, please contact us before booking to clarify the conditions. Sanitary towels, nappies, kitchen paper and other items except toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet under any circumstances, as this could cause major damage. The rented property is newly renovated and must be treated with due care so that many more families can enjoy it. Damage will be charged at the purchase/replacement value; this also applies to the sewage pump. Smoking in the house is prohibited! In the event of any damage, we will only take recourse against the person making the booking. If incorrect information such as the number and age of the guests is given when booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or refuse access to the property when handing over the keys. The house may not be used or sublet for non-zoned commercial purposes (agricultural zone) during the stay without consultation with the landlord.
