Discover our newly renovated country house, an original Appenzell farmhouse from 2022, located in idyllic Speicher, Appenzell Ausserrhoden, close to the vibrant city of St.Gallen in Eastern Switzerland. This wonderful holiday home offers enough space for up to 12 people and 2 babies, ideal for families with 5 to 6 adults and 3 children/babies. A perfect retreat to spend time together in tradition and comfort.

The interior of the house enchants with its loving furnishings, which combine modern comfort with traditional charm. There are 4 bedrooms, which are equipped with 3 double beds, 3 single beds, a baby cot, a travel cot, an air bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen offers all the amenities for self-catering. There are also 2 bathrooms and a special washroom/changing room for the youngest guests as well as a cosy living room for socialising.

The outdoor area is a true paradise for relaxation and leisure activities. The house is surrounded by an idyllic sheep pasture that invites you to discover and relax. A lovingly designed outdoor area with a slide, comfortable deckchairs, a hammock and a barbecue area with seating invites you to linger and enjoy the open air.

The location of the house combines the tranquillity of country life with proximity to urban flair. The city of St.Gallen with all its cultural highlights and shopping facilities is just 10 minutes away. Despite its seclusion, the house is well connected, with parking facilities for approx. 3 cars and a bus stop just 50 metres away. An ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area or simply to enjoy the tranquillity of nature.

Our country house in Speicher stands for unforgettable moments in the midst of nature without having to sacrifice comfort. Here you can take a break from everyday life and enjoy life in a traditional Appenzell farmhouse.
