Attic flat located in the Palazzo "Von Schorsch" in the upper village of Splügen. In the same house there is the local museum and the municipal administration.

2 1/2 roomed apartment (83 m2) on the 3rd floor (penthouse), comfortable and cosy furnishings. Large bedroom with 1 double and 1 bunk bed, large living room, kitchen, shower / WC, SAT-TV, WiFi. Top furnished kitchen (Fondue, Nespresso, ...).

Conditions and extras
Non-smoking apartment. Access for loading and unloading possible, parking in the public parking of Splügen (next to the carpenter's workshop "Flütsch".

The indicated price includes (the following services):
- Bed linen, kitchen towels, bath towels, final cleaning

An additional bed is available on request (additional costs) for a 5th person. Please contact us in advance if you would like to book it.

Babies/children:
- Babies until 2 years old are for free
- There are a cot and a playpen for babies for free
- The windows have a child-proof lock!

Further information:
- Free use washing machine (laundry detergent available) in the house
- Tumble dryer with coin slot in the house
- There is a "Nespresso" coffee machine in the apartment (please bring the capsules by yourself).
