Our exclusively furnished 3-room flat in the "Haus am See" chalet offers you an unrivalled symbiosis of tradition and modernity. With an impressive view of Lake St. Moritz and the surrounding mountains, our offer invites you to an unforgettable stay, whether in the lively summer or in the magical winter season.

The interior of the flat is characterised by high-quality and tasteful furnishings. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as special crockery for raclette and fondue. In the living/dining room, a cosy sofa, Swisscom TV with over 200 channels, a large dining table and free Internet access make for comfortable hours. The two bedrooms with box-spring beds guarantee a restful night's sleep, while the bathroom with shower, toilet and integrated hairdryer leaves nothing to be desired.

Outside, the chalet, built in 1928, offers a garden seating area with a tent and barbecue facilities for shared use. Fully equipped with a garden table, chairs and deckchairs, you can enjoy the picturesque view and peace and quiet. Children's sledges are available for winter guests, and an outdoor car park as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer round off the offer.

The area around St. Moritz is a playground for active holidaymakers and culture lovers. With access to over 580 kilometres of hiking trails and 400 kilometres of mountain bike trails in summer, as well as 350 kilometres of ski areas and over 220 kilometres of cross-country ski trails in winter, the Upper Engadine offers endless possibilities for leisure activities.
