Open-plan kitchen with exit to the morning seating area (8m2) and access to the large terrace. 5 bedrooms, bathroom/WC and shower/WC. In the basement covered entrance with wardrobe, storage areas, washing machine and WC.
The house is not suitable for people who are not good on foot.
