Total living space of 165 m2. Spacious, light-flooded living/dining room with wood-burning stove and south-west-facing balcony (8m2). Open-plan kitchen with exit to the morning seating area (8m2) and access to the large terrace. 5 bedrooms, bathroom/WC and shower/WC. In the basement covered entrance with wardrobe, storage areas, washing machine and WC.
The house is not suitable for people who are not good on foot.

The kitchen: is well equipped with all necessary utensils, including fondue caquelon, raclette oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, etc.
