Bright and cosy eat-in kitchen on the ground floor with a dining nook and sofa. 1 room with a bunk bed on the ground floor, bath room with shower/WC, storge with washing machine and freezer. Kitchen completely appointed (dishwasher, espresso machine, etc.). Floor heating on the ground floor. In the first floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. 2 electric kiln in the bedrooms.Conditions and extrasA reserved parking directly beside the house. Mountain road (from the end of the village Mutten: dirt road), in winter four-wheel drive recommended.
