The accommodation for 5 persons is in the 4 1/2 room flat (3 bedrooms), from 6 -7 persons a studio bathroom/WC (without kitchen) can be rented in addition.

Comfortable, spacious 5 1/2 flat on the 3rd/4th floor of the Chasa Minschuns apartment building.
The 4 1/2-room flat is generously designed on 2 floors so that it is also suitable for longer stays. The decidedly sunny location of the house makes relaxing on the balcony with an unobstructed view of the mountains a real pleasure.

The living room is furnished with a beautiful upholstered suite, flat screen TV and beautiful pictures, and invites you to linger. The floor is covered with parquet. All windows are curtained.
The kitchen is separate, behind the kitchen there is a small room with a table. The kitchen is equipped with everything that makes a holiday pleasant: dishwasher, refrigerator with 0° compartment and freezer, coffee machine, tableware and cutlery, as well as enough glasses, pots, pans, etc.. The dining area is in the living room with a beautiful view of Tschierv. In the flat there is a complete bathroom (tub/shower) and a separate WC with shower.
2 of the 3 bedrooms are double rooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The 3rd bedroom is a single room. There is a washing machine in the bathroom/WC.
The flat has an outside parking space as well as the use of a ski cellar or bicycle storage and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house has a new lift and a spacious hallway.

Visitor's tax 4.50 CHF per person and night from 12 years.
Final cleaning 150.-CHF up to 5 persons, from 5 persons 200.- CHF.
