Welcome to the old blacksmith in Unterwasser.

The studio with kitchen and separate toilet / shower in a 2-family house is located in the middle of the village in a quiet location. Car parking in front of the house, large patio / Wiesli. Ski and boot room available. 5 minutes walk to the Iltiosbahn (ski area), 2 minutes walk to the post office car / shopping.

Sauna hut for rent possible.

The studio is furnished and ideal for two people.

The studio has a kitchen with oven and fridge (freezer) and is equipped with dishes for three people. Radio and TV with satellite reception is available, wireless is possible.  

The bathroom is in the hallway (only used by the studio).
