Die neu renovierte Wohnung verfügt über eine moderne Küche mit einer grosszügigen Kochinsel. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein runder Esstisch für 4 Personen, ein Kinderstuhl kann auf Anfrage dazugegeben werden. Zudem lädt ein gemütliches Sofa (ausziehbar, Platz für 2 Erwachsene) zum verweilen ein. Zwei gemütliche Sessel runden die stilvolle Einrichtung ab.
Das Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett verspricht erholsame Nächte. Zudem kann ein Babybett dazu gebucht werden.
Das stylische Badezimmer beinhaltet eine begehbare Dusche, WC und ein Lavabo mit grossem Spiegel.

Im Aussenbereich erwartet Sie ein separater Gartensitzplatz, welcher zu gemütlichen Abendstunden einlädt.

Direkt gegenüber von der Ferienwohnung befinden sich öffentliche gratis Parkplätze. In nur zwei Gehminuten erreicht man den Bahnhof, die Postautohaltestelle (Verbindung zur Schwägalp - Säntis) und alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Gebrauch.

Trotz der ländlichen Lage befindet sich das Dorf Appenzell (10 km) und die Kulturstadt St. Gallen (20 km) entfernt.
