Enjoy a relaxing holiday in the idyllically situated holiday home in Muldain, a quiet farming village on the sunny side of Lenzerheide. With its fantastic views over the village and into the valley, nestled in the picturesque mountains opposite, this detached 5.5-room house for up to 9 people offers the perfect retreat for unforgettable holidays in the heart of Graubünden.

Inside the house, you will find a large and cosy living room with an impressive gabled wooden ceiling, a gallery and a fireplace that creates a cosy atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The accommodation also has four cosy bedrooms, two with double beds, and two bathrooms - one with bath/WC and another with shower/WC, which will make your stay comfortable.

The outdoor area of the house is characterised by its small seating area by the entrance, which catches the morning sun, as well as a spacious, sunny garden on the south side with barbecue facilities. This offers an enchanting view of the surrounding mountain landscape and invites you to spend cosy hours outdoors. The property is also in a very quiet location, with no through traffic, and offers a garage space for one car as well as parking for two further vehicles.

The dreamlike surroundings of the house offer suitable activities for every season: The Arosa/Lenzerheide snow sports paradise can be reached within 10 minutes on the (seasonally free) sports bus. In summer, the region is transformed into a trail paradise for mountain bikers and hiking enthusiasts. Sports activities such as ice skating, golf, paragliding, cycling tours, tobogganing, skiing (alpine and cross-country) and tennis are also available nearby.
