The holiday flat is located 10 minutes by car from Lenzerheide, on the upper edge of the village of Vazerol, 4km from Lenz/Lantsch (Roland Biathlon Arena). With unobstructed views of the Albula valley towards Savognin. By car you can reach Lenz/Lantsch (Roland Biathlon Arena) in 6 minutes (4km) and Lenzerheide in 10 minutes (9km).
The flat is on the top floor of an apartment block (entrance and access from above, no stairs, at ground level).
It comprises 2 floors, on the lower floor there is the kitchen with dining and living room, 1 WC/shower and 2 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has 1 bed (140cm wide) plus a pull-out sofa. The 2nd bedroom has 1 double bed (160cm wide). There is also a beautiful, sunny balcony with unobstructed views to the south.
On the upper floor, a gallery leads to the spacious 3rd bedroom (double bed 160cm wide) and a bathroom with WC/shower.
Free parking, 1 carport plus further free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
