Description
The older and newly renovated farmhouse is situated above the village of Wikartswil at just under 900 metres with a view of the beautiful local mountains Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau as well as the hilly Emmental landscape. If you are looking for a quiet place surrounded by nature, whether for hiking or just to switch off, this is the place for you. Cycling tours and hikes can be started right on the doorstep. And if you would like to visit Thun, Bern or Burgdorf, the cities are just a 30-minute drive away. The nearest railway station with a direct connection to Bern is in Worb (SBB). This can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes. The flat is located on the top floor of our lovingly renovated farmhouse. We lived in the flat ourselves until recently. We live on the farm with our horses and now live in the lower part of the house. The flat was renovated in 2021 and has a beautiful antique stove, which can be used to create a cosy atmosphere on cooler days. An outdoor seating area is available for warmer days. Look forward to a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature.
