A double bedroom , children s bedroom with a single bed and bunk bed is located on the first floor. Bathroom and ½ bath is also located on the first floor. There is additional sleeping in the living room on the ground floor. Living room has a wood stove and a semi open dinning room. Kitchen is new, and practical with ceramic hot plates, an oven, and dishwasher.

Kitchen linen is available and included. Bathroom towels are not included and must be brought by tenant. Snow clearing must be done by tenant. An extra cot can be provided upon request.
