Discover the charm of our 380-year-old farmhouse, situated between Wattwil and Ebnat-Kappel. In this idyllic location we offer a lovingly furnished 2 1/2 room holiday flat, which offers everything for an unforgettable stay on approx. 55m2. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, with the option of a baby travel cot and various accessories for small children for an additional charge. Our holiday flat is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation who don't want to miss out on contact with nature.

Inside, the holiday flat has a very well-equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired: From dishwasher, Nespresso machine with milk frother to raclette or fondue set on request. A double bed (160 x 200 cm) in the bedroom and a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) in the living room and an additional bookable mattress offer flexible sleeping options. A TV with satellite connection, guest WLAN and a DVD player are available for cosy evenings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, hand soap, hand cream, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

The outside area invites you to relax with its own seating area, equipped with a garden lounge, comfortable garden lounger and parasol. Enjoy the fresh country air and the safety of our childproof windows as well as the possibility to park directly in front of the house. The lovely surroundings and the direct proximity to nature make our holiday flat a special place of tranquillity.

The surrounding area offers a wealth of activities: From family-friendly excursion destinations to beautiful hikes and trips for couples or individuals. Discover Toggenburg and Appenzellerland in summer and winter with its hiking trails, bike routes, the Thur Falls in Unterwasser and the treetop walk in the Necker Valley. Skiing and tobogganing areas can be reached within 5 - 25 minutes by car in winter, and there is a cross-country ski trail right next to our house when snow conditions are favourable.
