Das gemütliche Studio bietet allen Komfort, welcher Sie sich für Ihren Urlaub wünschen können. Es befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, im 1. Stock, 200m von der ÖV Haltestelle. Die Bergbahnstation für Ihre Ski- oder Wanderausflüge befindet sich direkt unterhalb vom Haus und ist in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuss oder mit den Skier erreichbar. Ebenfalls zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie eine Arztpraxis, eine Drogerie, eine Bäckerei. Im Dorf befindet sich noch ein Spar und in Unterwasser (ca. 4km) gibt es einen Coop gleich bei der Postautohaltestelle. 
Die Aussichtspunkte Chäserrugg und Säntis erreichen Sie mit den Gondelbahnen. Vom Oberdorf aus ( Mittelstation Wildhaus Bergbahnen) können Sie über den Klangweg bis nach Alt St. Johann wandern. Es gibt in unserer Region sehr viele leichte, mittlere und schwere Wandermöglichkeiten.
