This charming, comfortable, sunny 3½ room attic flat (no lift) with high ceilings and beautiful beamed views (non-smoking) with carport and electric charging station, impresses with its beautiful location with views of the Churfirsten. The flat offers plenty of space and has a spacious all-day sunny balcony with a wonderful view for pleasant hours outside, as well as a garden seating area for shared use and a fireplace in the living room for cosy evenings. An ideal starting point for hikes or walks. The mountain railways are easily accessible on foot or by public bus in the immediate vicinity.
