The valley station of the Matterhorn Express (access to the Matterhorn and Riffelberg/Gornergrat ski area) is a 10-minute walk away. The village centre with shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, railway station, doctor etc. can be reached by electric taxi, bus or on foot in 10 - 30 minutes.
