The flat is located on the second floor of a well-kept house and is characterised by cosy furnishings with Swiss stone pine furniture. A south-facing living room flooded with sunlight and a south-facing, quiet bedroom ensure relaxing moments. Additional comfort is provided by a bright bathroom with bathtub, equipped with large mirror fronts, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances such as an induction hob, capsule coffee machine (Delizio), Sodastream, kettle, toaster as well as fondue and raclette dishes - ideal for cosy evenings.
A special highlight is the balcony, which invites you to relax thanks to its all-day sunshine. The flat also has underfloor heating, which provides cosy warmth even in cooler times.
The location of the flat is both natural and practical. The railway station and a grocery shop are just a 5-minute walk away. The immediate proximity to the agricultural zone and the River Inn is ideal for walks and exploring. The village square of Zuoz, with its numerous restaurants, is only a 10-minute walk away.
