Description

Sunny 1 1/2 room apartment on the 2nd floor, with elevator, in a quiet area, with a sunny balcony. Rustic, very homely. Parquet floor with underfloor heating. Well-equipped kitchen, 4 hot plates, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, filter or capsule coffee machine, fondue and raclette dishes, kettle, microwaves also on request. Ski an Bike room, storage space in the besement. 
Dogs only by appointment. 
Free parking in fornt of the house, parking space in the garage can be rented.
Train station, information point, train and bus can be reached in 3 minutes. 
Shopping in the Coop at the train station or Volg in the village square. 
18hole Golf cours can be reached in 5 minutes 
In winter free ski bus to the Cross-country ski run or to the ski lifts can be reached in 2 minutes.
The apartment is located at a very good starting for varius acivities. 
Hikes in the National Park (Val Tupchun, very well known), visiting the lake landscape in the Upper Engadine with St. Moritz, many bike tours possible, combining hikes with the mountain railways, visiting Tirano (Italy) with the Rhaetian Railway over the Bernina Pass with a wonderful view of the glaciers.
