100 m2. More information by the provider: Very centrally located 4.5-room apartment (100sqm) on the 2nd floor of a semi-detached chalet with premises (stationary shop) on the ground floor. A small unfurnished balcony, a washing machine in the apartment as well as a storage room for sports equipment are available. There is no parking space directly next to the apartment. The public car park 'Bahnhof Ost' (Schulstrasse, opposite the train station, walking distance of 150m from the apartment) is available against a fee (CHF 5.00 per day / maximum of 5 days in a row is purchasable at the ticket machine). Luggage can be unloaded by parking in front of the chalet for a maximum of 1 hour (blue parking zone). The apartment "Pfander" is situated in the village centre of Zweisimmen. The train station (50m), the cable car Rinderberg (300m - walking distance of 4 minutes), the public children's playground (150m) as well as different shops (dairy, butcher shop, bakeries, supermarkets Migros and Coop, sport shops) are in close proximity. Zweisimmen is a perfect starting point for summer and winter holidays. Important note: Occupancy of 1-2 persons (lower price): There is only 1 bedroom at your disposal. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom will be locked. Occupancy of 3 persons (lower price): There are only 2 bedrooms at your disposal. The 3rd bedroom will be locked. Occupancy from 4 persons: All bedrooms are available.
Spacious dining room with dining table and open-plan kitchen (among other things furnished with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso) as well as fondue- and raclette-set). A small balcony with view to the mountain "Rinderberg" is accessible from the dining room. Living room with TV, 2 sofas and small table. Bedroom 1 (north-facing) with 2 pushed together single beds (2x90x190cm). Bedroom 2 (east-facing) with 2 grand-lits (each 140x200cm each - suitable for 2 adults or up to 4 children). Bedroom 3 (west-facing) with 1 single bed (90x190cm). Bathroom 1 with shower/toilet. Bathroom 2 with bathtub and washing machine (without toilet). WiFi. Baby cot (60x120cm) incl. bed linen and highchair available.
INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, water, washing machine, WiFi, baby cot 60x120cm) incl. bed linen, highchair, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax.
