Description

This generously laid out, five en-suite bedroom holiday property is located close to the beach in Kalkan, Turkey. The lovely architect designed villa is built on a curve, giving every room beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. The sea is just 200 metres walk.

All bedrooms except one twin bedroom have generous balconies. The penthouse bedroom has its own roof terrace with fabulous views over the bay and across to Kalkan. The pool area has a lovely large stone topped table and chairs, and a stone built barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining under the stars. The views are truly wonderful, blue sea and sky, and mountains in the distance. You even have a choice of two terraces: One by the pool and one with a shady area complete with sofas and table. On this level you can still see the sea, and there is a table tennis table for the energetic. This is a lovely evening drinks area.

The living space of 260m² is spread across three floors and the villa sleeps up to ten guests. It has a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The large living room with an open plan kitchen leads directly to the pool area. There are two sofas, a flatscreen satellite TV, DVD and CD player, a safe and an air conditioning unit. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker complete with stainless steel extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and a cafetiere for coffee. Each of the five generous bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, all five have only recently been upgraded to provide wet room showers. The two additional, separate bathrooms have a shower each.

The lovely Kalkan Beachclub (now JO JO beach club) is just 200 metres down the hill. Here you can relax on sunbeds, and waiters will serve you all day long, with beer, coffee, fresh orange juice and food. The snorkelling is very good and for the last three years turtles have been seen here. Also from here you can take a water taxi across the bay to Kalkan harbour, with its many cafes and superb restaurants. From Kalkan harbour you can take a gullet boat trip around the islands with lunch included, a lovely lazy day at sea. There are many tour operators in Kalkan offering day trips to the numerous archaelogical sites around.

A cot and high chair can be provided if needed, an additional charge may apply. Please note: There are steps down to the entrance and three flights of stairs inside up to the penthouse area. The swimming pool is not fenced, guests are responsible for their children's safety. There is no shallow end in the pool, but it has been retiled and now has steps leading in.
