Description
Welcome to Orchard View, a charming and tranquil retreat nestled in the heart of Cornwall. Enjoy stunning views over a beautiful orchard, relax in spacious comfort, and explore the stunning landscapes of both coasts just a short drive away.
Orchard View is a beautifully presented detached bungalow nestled within the grounds of the owner’s home, offering stunning southwest-facing views from the sun deck across a 2.5-acre orchard, which is bursting with blossoms in spring and fruit in the summer months.
Inside, the spacious open-plan living area features comfortable sofas, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day, and a modern kitchen ideal for any aspiring chef. The generous double bedroom boasts ample storage and spectacular views over the orchard. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with French doors that lead directly onto the sun deck. The private garden, complete with a pond and seating areas, invites you to relax—why not fire up the barbecue and enjoy an alfresco meal in the sunshine?
Trenwheal is centrally located in West Cornwall, offering convenient access to both coasts. To the south, you’ll find the iconic Minack Theatre, Penzance, St. Michael’s Mount, and the rugged beauty of the Lizard Peninsula. To the north, explore the artistic haven of St Ives, the golden sands of Hayle, or some of the best surfing beaches in the country. For family-friendly fun, Paradise Park is a local favorite, featuring an impressive collection of rare birds and animals, as well as an indoor play area for rainy days. From Penzance, you can take the Scillonian ferry for a scenic day trip to the Isles of Scilly, a must-see if you haven’t been before. Just 10 minutes away is Marazion, famous for St. Michael’s Mount, home to a medieval castle and a charming local community.
