Welcome to Brewers Den, located in the historic Yorkshire town of Masham, a charming ground-floor cottage with a rich history. It derives its name from the fact that it was once used by Theakstons brewery to store their ale casks in the vaulted cellars beneath the stone-fronted building. This apartment is now a perfect retreat for couples, nestled beside the River Ure and conveniently close to the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Upon entering the living space, you'll be greeted by traditional pine boarded flooring. You can unwind in front of the TV or immerse yourself in a good book from the selection provided. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals for two to enjoy in dining area, tastefully decorated in a traditional style and adorned with distillery memorabilia. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, cafetiere, fridge with small freezer compartment and microwave.

Brewers Den features one king-size bedroom and a bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and basin.

Masham itself offers a range of amenities, including craft shops, pubs, galleries, butchers, an ice cream shop, and two well-known breweries: Theakstons and Black Sheep, as well as the Spirit of Masham Distillery, which offers tours and tastings of local gin. Masham's market square hosts markets every Wednesday and Saturday, where you can find various local produce.

The location of Brewers Den is ideal for exploring North Yorkshire's attractions. You can venture out to visit Swinton Castle, Brimham Rocks, and Fountains Abbey, all of which are within easy reach. If you're a nature enthusiast, you'll be delighted to discover numerous walking trails near Brewers Den. Hackfall Woods, a 120-acre area owned by the Woodland Trust and recognized as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offers stunning natural beauty. Additionally, you can explore the Sculpture Park in Grewelthorpe and the picturesque Himalayan Gardens.

There is no allocated parking, however parking is free on the roadside, or Masham Square a short walk away has a free public carpark. This home will be decorated for the festive season.
