Across the river into teignmouth will increase the tempo slightly, with cinema, theatre, shopping and even more beaches. If you are detemined not to relax, then boat hire, scuba diving, wind surfing, and all manner of sea related fun is right there for the taking. Overlooking the passers by, the master bedroom will nestle your senses in Georgian splendour and calm. Up the narrow winding Dickensian stairs with hints of Oliver Twist, is the attic bedroom called the Crows' Nest.
