"I'm Mark. I trained as a chef at Restaurant Støberiet in Holstebro. My passion for cooking started in my childhood, preparing Sunday roasts with my father. By the age of nine, I was cooking weekly for my family – and my love for food has only grown since. In 2021, I joined Denmark’s National Junior Chef Team, which took my skills to the next level."
