Our cozy, well-equipped holiday home boasts a tranquil location on the southern shore of Lake Ossiach. We rent it exclusively as a whole. It comprises two separate apartments, one with a large balcony and the other with a terrace and garden. The first-floor apartment features a kitchen, a living room with a double bed separated by a curtain, two bedrooms each with a bunk bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The ground-floor apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, as well as a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and living room. The entire property includes a spacious lawn, an outdoor hot-water shower, a ping-pong table, a wooden jetty with a mooring for the house's rowboat, stand-up paddleboard, and kayak. A grand piano and a well-stocked library are also available.
