Vom  südseitigen Balkon sehen sie in die Bergwelt des hinteren Bregenzerwaldes. In der Wohnung sind 3 Schlafzimmer, eine Wohnküche sowie einer Dusche mit WC. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Wintergäste können ihre Winterausrüstung in einem absperrbaren Raum versorgen. Für nasse Schuhe ist ein Schuhtrockner vorhanden.
