Zadovoljni smo bili z nastanitvijo, prostoren apartma opremljen z vsem, kar potrebuješ za udobno bivanje. Lastnica je bila prijazna in pripravljena odgovoriti na vsa naša vprašanja.

Anita is very helpful. She offered us a larger and more comfortable apartment at no extra charge. She very quickly explained everything we needed to know about the accommodation. We got our ski passes right away even though it was 7pm when we checked into the apartment. At the time of application, we did not have the necessary money available to pay for the apartment and ski passes, but Anita said that it was not a problem. Of course, we paid for everything during our stay in the apartment. All the additional requests we had were fulfilled by Anita, so that, if we have the opportunity, we will choose her apartment in Bad Kleinkirchheim again.
