Beautiful apartment with terrace
House:
This nicely furnished apartment is suitable for 8 people and enjoys a central location in the charming village of Brixen im Thale. It is part of the small-scale apartment complex Residenz Edelalm, overlooking the beautiful Kitzbüheler Alpen. The gondola with connection to the skiing and hiking area Wilderkaiser-Brixental to Westendorf or Upper Brixen is 1.3 km away. The ski bus stops almost in front of the door (100 m) and the Tanzerabfart (valley descent) ends a few tens of meters on the other side of the apartment. Nearby you'll find plenty of restaurants and shops. The apartment also features its own ski storage room with washing machine and is located on the ground floor of the residence. Along the entire back (facing south!) of the building, you will find a spacious sunny terrace with seating area and a fantastic view of the Choralp. Parking spaces/charging station: Top 7 has 2 parking spaces, 1 of which under a carport with its own charging station for electric cars. You can use this by arrangement with the manager. Costs for charging electric or hybrid cars are always based on consumption and calculated as a separate fee.
