Wood—oak, Swiss pine, and spruce—dominates the interior design. The wonderful view of Lake Faak and the Karawanken mountains, along with the scent of Swiss pine, will enchant your senses! This modern apartment building was constructed entirely of wood using ecological building methods. Solar energy (photovoltaic system on the roof) provides electricity, and there are two charging stations for electric cars. A heat pump completes the sustainability concept.
