On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortably furnished holiday apartment with a spacious living room and open-plan kitchen. The well-maintained bedroom has three beds. A terrace in front of the house provides a pleasant space for barbecuing and enjoying the stunning mountain scenery for hours. In winter, the ski bus to the Grossarl/Dorfgastein ski area stops at the Raiffeisenbank, located slightly lower down the slope. It's 7 km by car. The Alpendorf ski area, which borders the Flachau-Wagrain ski area, is a 20-minute drive away. In summer, there are numerous opportunities for hiking and mountain biking. The apartment is a member of "Berg gesund" (Healthy Mountain), and all their services are included in the price. In nearby Grossarl, you'll find a swimming pool, mini-golf, and an adventure park for children.
