This modernly furnished chalet is located in cosy Kötschach-Mauthen within walking distance of the city centre with its terraces, shops and eateries. The chalet is very fully equipped with a Netflix connection, among other amenities. The living room with open kitchen with dishwasher has patio doors leading to the garden. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a second toilet upstairs. The mezzanine, which you can access by a staircase, offer space for 3 more people. All bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds and in 1 bedroom there is another 2-person sofa bed and on the mezzanine, there is also a 1-person sofa bed, allowing the house to accommodate up to 9 people. It is the ideal choice for both sun and ski holidays. Great for the sporty, active holidaymaker, but ideal for those looking to relax too. Kötschach is known for for its beautiful nature and healthy air. Kötschach's skiing area is very suitable for families and is within walking distance. The free ski shuttle takes 20 minutes to reach the ski slopes of Nassfeld, one of the largest skiing areas with 110 km of trails; after all the activities, you can relax in the subtropical swimming pool with sauna within walking distance. In the summer, the options are limitless: canyoning, rafting, mountain biking, mountain climbing, swimming in natural pools, fishing, horseback riding, golfing—and the list goes on. In short, delightfully enjoy in the sunny south of Austria.

Chalet Underhill is a spacious semi-detached property situated in the Austria Alps, close to Italy. It is a fully functioning holiday home, with all the facilities you would expect. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional downstairs toilet you could easy holiday with extended family, or share with friends. South facing, with a balcony, a patio for barbecues and a garden, it is delightful in the spring and summer. And during the winter season the underfloor heating will keep you warm.
