This beautiful chalet is centrally located in the cosy village of Niedernsill in Salzburgerland, between the ski areas of Zell am See/Kaprun and Kitzbühel/Kirchberg. The chalet is a semi-detached house and you'll get the right half all to yourself. Because it is such a large space spanning three floors, it is an ideal holiday home for friends or families. The high-quality amenities and warm furnishings ensure that you'll immediately feel at home. After a wonderful day in the snow, a pleasant hike or mountain bike tour, feel free to relax in your own private relax area with sauna. This is in the basement. Here you'll also find a large storage room for skis. In short, a beautiful chalet that deserves at least four stars. Niedernsill is an ideal starting point for a holiday both in summer and winter. There's plenty to do for e.g. mountain bikers, golfers, hikers, glacier skiers, paragliders, horse riders and of course those looking for peace and quiet in the immediate vicinity. In winter you can drive to the slopes of Kitzbühel and Zell am See in just a few minutes. Linens are also provided if you rent a cot and high chair for the baby. This includes bedding and towels. A special highlight is the "Fun Card" which is available to guests.
