Enjoy your holiday in the family-friendly flat in the Ötztal. Sautens is located 52 km west of Innsbruck. The Landhaus Knabl is located just outside the cosy village, in a quiet spot in the valley. From the car park you enter your holiday accommodation via a private entrance, which has 2 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, egg cooker and a bread machine. The shower and WC are separate and the covered terrace invites you to relax with its cosy garden furniture and parasol. The flat is located in the front Ötztal, so the neighbouring valleys Pitztal, Paznauntal, Kaunertal with their ski areas, glaciers and in summer numerous huts can be reached in no time. The rear Ötztal valley with the Timmelsjoch (the fastest crossing to Italy in summer) can also be reached in a short time. Area 47 (outdoor leisure park) and Lake Piburger See (Tyrol's warmest bathing lake) are also in the immediate vicinity, where you can go ice skating in winter. Both can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes or on foot in approx. 1 hour.
