Our private holiday home is located in Seewalchen, in the district of Litzlberg am Attersee, 600m from the Litzlberg bathing and recreation area. The house has two bedrooms, each with three beds, a large living/dining room with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi, a very well-equipped kitchen including a washing machine, a shower room, and a barbecue area on the covered terrace. Electric panel heating and/or a tiled stove provide cozy warmth. All windows and the front door are equipped with roller shutters. For young children, we provide a travel cot, a baby highchair, a Tripp Trapp highchair, a new covered sandbox (1.5 x 1.5m), toys, and a ping-pong table. Garden loungers invite you to relax. Parking is available directly on the fully fenced property.
