It enjoys a quiet location close to the Gerlitzen mid-station gondola. A few steps lead directly from the covered underground parking space to the apartment. Inside, you'll find a thoughtful combination of comfort and functionality: a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small sleeping alcove with a loft bed, a pull-out sofa bed, and a bright living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The covered balcony offers a stunning view. The location is ideal for active holidays: the mid-station gondola is within walking distance and takes you directly to the Gerlitzen summit. If you'd rather be by the water, Lake Ossiach is just a few minutes away. The apartment is lovingly furnished – with children's tableware, art supplies, and a crib available upon request. Bed linen and towels are included, as is a small welcome kit with coffee and tea. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

In winter, there are easy slopes for tobogganing or skiing. And if it rains: The adventure pool in Villach is worth a day trip - indoor, warm, family-friendly. Kanzelhöhe: Many people drive to the summit. Fewer people know the Kanzelhöhe circular hiking trail - extensive, with great views, but never overcrowded. Starting point directly at the mountain station, 1-2 hours depending on the route. Gourmet tip with a view of the lake: Gasthaus Laggner in Bodensdorf serves regional classics with a modern twist - plus a sunset over the lake. It's worth booking in advance. For e-bikers and sports enthusiasts: A great trail with little traffic leads from the Gerlitzen middle station towards Steindorf, with views, refreshment stops and a relaxed downhill section. Get back on the train comfortably by bike.
