The 50m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families or active couples. A bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping alcove with a loft bed, and a pull-out sofa provide flexible sleeping options. The open kitchen with a cooking island is fully equipped. The apartment includes a covered underground parking space, which is already included in the price (max. height 2.10m). From there, a few steps lead directly to the apartment – convenient, protected from the weather, and especially convenient for arrival and departure. On the covered balcony, you can enjoy a coffee with a view – or the sunset after a day on the slopes or by the lake. The gondola is within walking distance, and the underground parking space is included. Games, children's equipment, and a welcome set with coffee and tea round out the offer. Sounds simple. But it does something to you. Travelling with children? Visit the Gerlitzen adventure forest (in summer), an adventure playground with a view. In winter, there are easy slopes for tobogganing or skiing. And if it rains: The adventure pool in Villach is worth a day trip - indoor, warm, family-friendly. Kanzelhöhe: Many people drive to the summit. Fewer people know the Kanzelhöhe circular hiking trail - extensive, with great views, but never overcrowded. Starting point directly at the mountain station, 1-2 hours depending on the route. Gourmet tip with a view of the lake: Gasthaus Laggner in Bodensdorf serves regional classics with a modern twist - plus a sunset over the lake. It's worth booking in advance. For e-bikers and sports enthusiasts: A great trail with little traffic leads from the Gerlitzen middle station towards Steindorf, with views, refreshment stops and a relaxed downhill section. Get back on the train comfortably by bike.
