This modern apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located on the sunny side of the town of Untertauern in Salzburgerland, directly on the north side of the Radstädter Tauern Pass and just a few minutes away from the winter sports paradise of Obertauern. The apartment has a large living room with an open fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a terrace and a garden. Parking is available directly at the apartment. Untertauern is located just outside Radstadt on the way to the popular ski area of Obertauern, a top-class ski area with over 100 kilometers of well-maintained and easily accessible slopes (15 km away by car). Directly nearby is the Reiteralm, a smaller ski area with 32 kilometers of slopes, ideal for beginner skiers. Untertauern is centrally located between the large ski areas of Obertauern, Flachau/Wagrain & St. Johann - Alpendorf (Snow Space Salzburg with 210 kilometers of slopes spread over 12 peaks and 5 valleys) and Schladming - Dachstein (4-mountain ski area with a total of 123 kilometers of slopes). The Untertauern swimming lake is located in the Untertauern Wildlife and Leisure Park, for refreshing cooling on hot summer days. Adjacent to the swimming lake is a large lawn with a wonderful view of Untertauern and its local mountain, the Geisstein. There are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs directly in Radstadt. There are 5 fast charging stations for electric cars in the town of Radstadt near the DM drugstore.
