Attractive holiday flat for 2 people on the 1st floor, nestled in a picturesque and peaceful setting between the renowned winter sports resorts of Wagrain and Flachau. Wagrain, a charming and well-known village, enjoys great popularity in both summer and winter. The ski area is connected to both Flachau and Alpendorf St. Johann, offering a wide range of leisure activities. Access to the nearest ski lift is in the immediate vicinity of the holiday flat, on the opposite side of the road. This convenient lift leads directly to the Flachau ski area. For additional comfort, it is possible to book an extra room in the basement for 2 more people with its own bathroom. Please contact us if you are interested.

We hebben het zeer naar onze zin gehad. Als je van rust houd dan moet je hier zijn. Vriendelijke gastvrouw. En iedere morgen hingen de broodjes aan de deur.

Pros: - nice & helpful host - small but well equipped, clean apartment - place close to the ski lift - 400m - good Wi-Fi quality - towels changed in the middle of week - nice and warm rooms Cons: - lack of the clear info that the second bedroom/bathroom is not at the same floor as the main apartment, but on the ground floor - some problem with the ground floor bathroom - unpleasant smell, seems plumber screwed up the work Over all the stay was good and we assessed it positively.

Sehr idyllisch und sauber, nette Vermieterin, kümmert sich sofort, wenn man an Anliegen hat! Ich würde sofort wieder hier Urlaub auf dem Land machen! Brötchenservice vorhanden- was will man mehr!!!!

So schön:) super Nette Herzliche Freundliche Vermieter. Wunderschöne Gegend, nette Unterkunft. Jeden Tag frische Brötchen, auf Wunsch . Wir können nur sagen, es war wirklich super und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder:)

Es war eine sehr ruhiger Lage, und die Eigentümerin war sehr nett und hilfreich gegen über uns. Zwei Zimmer jeder mit Badezimmern, perfekt wenn man große Kinder hat

The best reason to stay there is very nice homeowner and ski-lift is very close. So you can go walk to ski-lift. The ski area is fantastic.

Waren eerder dan de aankomsttijd, werden hartelijk ontvangen door Frau Maurer. Leuke accommodatie, alles is er wat je nodig hebt, je bent veel buiten dus wat moet je dan met al die luxe. Je kon broodjes eieren en verse melk bestellen en dat stond 's morgens naast je deur, heerlijk hoor. Heb nog een rondleiding over de boerderij gekregen vd boerin. erg gastvrij. Ideale afstand naar de lift ruim 500m lopen. Man en kinderen vonden het een super omgeving om te skiën. Ik heb gewandeld, kon met verschillende cabineliften mee naar boven, dus er was voor mij ook variatie. Na een dag skiën belanden we iedere dag bij après-ski hut onderaan de Rother 8. de Wilderer Alm. Wat was het daar gezellig, heel leuk personeel, elke dag voor ons een feestje, niet te druk maar zo sfeervol. wij hebben een super week gehad. Wij gingen 14 maart naar huis en 15 maart ging overal alles dicht in de skigebieden vanwege de corona. Weer thuis hebben wij ons 2 weken wat rustig gehouden, gelukkig niet besmet geraakt. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar en dan ook eens in de zomer.

Alles wie beschrieben. Super Lage zur Gondel und auch sonst Flachau und Wagrain gut erreichbar. Hauseigentümer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Brötchen-service möglich und auch frische Eier und Milch ... 👍
