Located in Lignières, this spacious gîte features 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests, perfect for two families vacationing together. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes, it’s the ideal base for long cycling and walking tours. Just 10 km away, the town of Marche-en-Famenne offers restaurants, a supermarket, and even a tennis court for active guests. A bakery 2.5 km from the gîte is perfect for fresh breakfasts, and a fishing pond lies just 100 m from the property for peaceful outdoor moments. The gîte has a partly enclosed, well-furnished garden and a barbecue to enjoy warm summer evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home. Please note: the mezzanine bedroom is not authorized for children as per fire safety recommendations. Whether you're exploring the Ardennes or relaxing in the garden, this gîte offers a cozy and scenic getaway for all ages.
